Job Description:-
As a Project Manager at Nuummite, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects that leverage RPA and intelligent automation to drive operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions that meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities:-
- Project Planning and Execution:
- - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of intelligent automation projects from inception to completion.
- - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
- Stakeholder Management:
- - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- - Ensure clear communication of project goals, expectations, and progress.
- - Manage relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Team Leadership:
- - Lead a team of RPA developers, business analysts, and other project team members.
- - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- - Provide guidance and support to ensure team members professional growth.
- Risk Management:
- - Identify and mitigate project risks.
- - Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
- - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Quality Assurance:
- - Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- - Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation assessments.
- Continuous Improvement:
- - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
- - Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RPA and intelligent automation.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in RPA or intelligent automation.
- Strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (MUST)
