Job Responsibilities:
1 Project Management & Execution:
- Lead the delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously within strict timelines and ensure high-quality results.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
2 Costing & Budget Management:
- Responsible for preparing and managing project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Monitor expenditures and handle project costing with attention to cost-saving opportunities.
3.Technical Expertise:
- Possess strong knowledge of all detailing aspects in interior fit-out projects, including materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Ensure all design details and specifications are executed as per industry standards and client expectations.
4.Retail & F&B Sector Experience:
- Ensure all projects are delivered to the specific requirements of the Retail and F&B sectors, adhering to the design, functionality, and compliance standards of each client.
5.Client/Mall Relations:
- Present a professional demeanor to maintain excellent relationships with clients, mall management, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
