Responsibilities:
- Manage media localization projects end-to-end ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and cost-efficiency
- Coordinate information and assets from different teams and work with various stakeholders to eliminate blockers
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Act as a point of escalation for internal and external parties working with different internal teams and external partners to consistently deliver quality product on-time
- Vet timed-text and metadata files following a technical and a linguistic checklist to ensure adherence to quality requirements
- Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required
- Experience in multi-language subtitling/dubbing project management including translation workflows and management systems
- Experience in professional subtitling software and timed-text formats is highly desirable
- Team player with outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and positive attitude when dealing with emergencies
- Must be open to work in different time zones and being on-call during weekends
