Responsibilities:
Accountable for the overall delivery of the project (quality, time, cost) on behalf of the organization.
Establishes and communicates customer expectations to the project team.
Ensures that escalation pathways are adhered to internally and externally.
Leads the cross functional project team to meet or exceed results.
Serves as primary contact for this project and work with Project Sponsor managing internal and external partners and related communications to establish infrastructure required to enable clinical research operations and wil report into EMEA Clinical Operations organization.
Ensures escalation pathways are adhered to to secure resolution and risk mitigation as needed.
Accountable for the delivery of this cross functional project.
