Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Anticipate and mitigate project risks.
- Excellent team player with proven Stake-holder management, assertive communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements and skills :
- Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering (Minimum Bachelor's degree).
- Should have at least +5 years of experience in IT with at least 3 years as a PM.
- PMP, PMI-ACP certifications is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic/English).
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Use standard Project Management Processes, Methodology, and Templates.
- Should be comfortable to work with agile methodology and familiarity of Agile planning and Agile project management.
