Job Post: PROJECT MANAGER - CARBON STEEL PIPELINE

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Salary: USD 10,000 / SAR 37,500 per month (non-negotiable)

Our client, a leading engineering consultancy in the Middle East, is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in water projects within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have 25 years of experience, particularly in managing large carbon steel pipeline projects. This position requires a professional with extensive experience in construction and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage large-scale water projects within the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Oversee the design, construction, and site supervision of large carbon steel pipeline systems.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project objectives are met.

- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality standards.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, especially within the Oil & Gas sector in Saudi Arabia.

- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 25 years in water projects within the Oil & Gas sector, with a strong focus on large carbon steel pipelines.

- Construction/Site Supervision: Extensive experience in construction management and site supervision.

- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- Regional Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East.

- Nationality Preference: Candidates from Eastern Europe are highly preferred, though all qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
