MEP Project Manager fully responsible to successfully manage, execute and handover multiple MEP projects related to Interior Fitout for high end offices, luxury apartments and restaurants
Key responsibilities;
- Timely completion of project within approved budget and resources without compromising on Quality & Safety
Attending meetings with all related parties to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.- Oversee the design team on all aspects of the design.
Oversee the estimation and submit the proposals timely to management review
- Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with Industry standards, Contract Specifications, Drawings & BOQ.
Provides guidance to project team. Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.
- Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis.
Develop Action and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time.
Strong Leadership and Communication Skills- Proven track record on completing projects.
Must have UAE experience in Interior Fitout Projects
- Must Include List of Projects handled in your CV
* Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
