Marine Civil Project Manager with EPC experience to lead and manage marine construction projects, including quay wall construction, breakwater, beach profiling, and dredging operations. This role requires expertise in EPC project delivery, a strong understanding of marine construction methodologies, and leadership capabilities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee project execution plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
- Lead the project lifecycle from engineering design, procurement, construction phases, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
- Manage specialized marine civil works, including (Pre casted Quay Wall, Breakwater, Dredging and etc.)
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, contractors, and vendors to align project goals and address technical challenges.
- Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans; enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Monitor project expenditures, manage budget variance, and prepare financial forecasts to maintain financial control over project costs.
- Manage and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field
- PMP or similar certification is a plus, with proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholders
- Proven expertise in marine construction methods, including structural design and installation for quay walls, breakwaters, and erosion control.
- Strong background in dredging operations and environmental compliance related to coastal and marine projects.
