Nuevo Design is an international creative agency based in the UAE that is focused on quality and innovative experiences. We specialize in event management, exhibition design and fabrication, 3D mapping, and experiential marketing.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager located in Dubai:

Have deep know-howofproductionprocesses in events, exhibition stands andmultimedia installations

Develop technical solutions for projects production

Develop technical drawings, structure calculations

Estimate costs and prepare budgets

Determine necessary resources and materials and source suppliers

Monitorand controlproductionand fabrication process

Ensure that health and safety guidelines arefollowed at all times

The mailing communication with the client on the current issues of the project.

Assist with client communication and project presentations

Generate taskfor production/ suppliers,tenderingand cost decrease.

Submitof documents on siteto organizers(DWTC, ADNEC or othervenues ).

Superviseof Installation/ dismantling. Photo andwrittenreport about the progress,post-show report.

Generating and leading of pipeline/ cash flow/ daily and weekly report.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's Degreein engineering or architecture or relevant practical experience

Deep knowledge of production management

Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgetingconcepts

Relevantexhibitionand corporate eventsindustry experience

Fluent English (written and verbal skills)

Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Ability to interact with senior-level executives and can manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders

Effective time management skills and attention to detail

Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite,AutoCad,understanding and producing of technical drawings

Knowledge of 3D design software is a plus

Driving License and self-owned car is a must

Office location is Dubai, however the job requires the person to travel within UAE (and overseas)
