Preparation of (POW) for each project with
highlighted payment milestones.
2. Study, understand & comment on approved drawings & agreements.- 3. Distribute and explain all drawings & agreements to supervisors & foremen.
- 4. Accurately implement all items as per the agreement. Oversee construction from inception to completion.
- 5. Only implement items as per the agreement. Not the drawing. Only items in the agreement have been sold.

6. __Ensure accurate compliance of all with agreement & plans. _
- 7. Finalize material selection & commence advanced procurement process.
- 8. Complete all procurement for the project.
- 9. Immediately resolve any problem that may delay the project; so as to adhere to the POW without any delays.
- 10. Build & maintain a positive relationship with the client through close communications Always be available.
- 11. Up sell by maintaining positive relation with the client then prepare accurate & clear variations.
- 12. Successfully achieve payment milestones, raise invoices & collect payments.
