We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with experience using
Procore Construction Management Software and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and local building codes, as well as compliance with UAE-specific standards and regulations. The successful candidate will be punctual, well-dressed, and possess strong local knowledge.
- Role Responsibilities & Tasks:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Utilize Procore Construction Management Software to manage project documentation, schedules, and communication.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and deliverables.- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards, specifically within the UAE.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial tracking.- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Foster strong relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Proficiency in Procore Construction Management Software.- Strong leadership and team management skills.
