Job Title: Sr / Project Manager- Real Estate Development and Construction

Location: Lubumbashi, DRC (Congo - Africa)

Salary: 3000 -6000 USD

Plus, Accommodation, Visa, tickets.

Job Summary:

As Project Manager, you will oversee the overall strategy, direction, and operations of our company. You will be responsible for managing our development and construction projects, leading our team, and ensuring timely and profitable delivery of our projects. Your expertise and leadership will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability

- Oversee project development, construction, and delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors

- Foster strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders

- Manage company operations, including finance, HR, and administration

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities

- Make strategic decisions to drive company growth and success

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate development and construction

- Proven track record of successful project delivery and business growth

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong industry network and reputation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a related field

- Professional certifications.

- Experience with project management software and technologies
