· Oversee all phases of a project from planning to execution, including monitoring budgets, managing personnel, and resolving problems that arise.
· Develop and implement project plans, including creating schedules and milestones to track progress.
· Coordinate with other departments within an organization to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed successfully.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including coordinating activities with other departments within an organization.
· Prepare reports detailing progress made on projects or outcomes of specific tasks within a project.
· Coordinate with clients to ensure that they are aware of changes or delays in project timelines or deliverables.
· Bachelors degree in architecture Masters desirable.
· PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Software skills MS Project and/or Primavera P6; Knowledge of MS Office & Adobe InDesign is mandatory.
· Member of UAE Society Engineers & AIA (preferred) and PMI (highly regarded). Registration with the home country's professional body is highly regarded.
· Previous experience in an office environment in a similar role.
· Experience in multiple design stages under a team leader/supervisor.
· Understand the project management methodologies and advanced Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and develop risk management strategies.
· Manage project budgets, track expenses, and cost control measures.
· Proficient in creating project schedules using software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P
· Analyse project data to make informed decisions and report on project performance.
