• Job Objective:

aG Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead a critical initiative to improve the management of departmental initiatives, programs, and projects. You will be responsible to enhance the level of follow-up, implementation, and risk management of initiatives, programs, and projects across all departments. You will also be responsible for analyzing the current situation, developing and implementing improved methodologies, and ensuring adherence to international best practices in project management.

• Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of the Foundation's initiatives, programs, and projects, including:

Project initiation

Project planning

Project execution

Project monitoring and control

Project closure

Ensure comprehensive project management in the following areas:
Integration management

Scope management

Time management

Cost management

Quality management

Resource management

Communications management

Risk management

Change management

• Prepare and present periodic reports on the status of initiatives, programs, projects, and associated risks to stakeholders.

Maintain and update project information in the Project Management Office (PMO) system tool.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and conduct training sessions for the employees on project management practices and methodologies.

Ensure adherence to international best practices throughout the project management lifecycle.

• Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Professional Certification in Project Management - Risk Management is required.4 to 8 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in project management software tools.
