We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Manager and Scrum Master (dual role). You'll wear two hats, combining your expertise in traditional project management methodologies with the agility and flexibility of the Scrum framework.
I this exciting role, you'll:
- Lead and manage projects
- from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Champion the Scrum methodology
- within the team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, manage expectations, and keep everyone informed.
- Break down complex projects into manageable work sprints and user stories, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Remove roadblocks and impediments hindering team progress and maintain a smooth development process.
- Monitor and track project performance using key metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts), identifying risks and taking corrective actions proactively.
- Motivate and coach the development team, fostering collaboration and a high-performing team environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest project management and Scrum techniques to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
We are looking for a superstar with:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience with the Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP) and Scrum frameworks (e.g., CSM, PSM).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and Agile development tools (e.g., Slack, Trello) is a plus.
