Job Description
1-Handle assigned strategic/complex projects from the planning phase to the closure phase to ensure the successful completion of each phase in terms of quality, cost, time, and scope.
2-Define resources, deliverables, goals, and milestones to ensure accurate IT resource capacity planning.
3-Follow Project management / BRM process for project initiation, and participate effectively in the project charter creation with the BRM team.
4-Apply set strategies for risk mitigation and create project risk management plans to ensure having a budget that covers the agreed upon risk responses.
5-Manages and oversees the project's team and resolves project conflicts to ensure a smooth operating environment and avoid delays in the project timelines.
6-Identify and share efficiently in resolving the project technical issues to achieve the project goals within the agreed upon budget and timeline and up to defined quality standards.
7-Ensure proper issue resolution actions are taken, and relevant escalations are being done whenever required.
8-Prepare the status reports to be submitted to stakeholders & ensure the Senior Management's awareness of the project progress and recommend solutions for the managers checking and approvals.
9-Keep track and file the technical and administrative project documentation for the accurate tracking of the project and build the organizations knowledge base through the Projects lessons learned.
10-Ensure the project goals are aligned with overall organization objectives.
11-Manage the relationships with external parties (i.e. Vendors) to ensure a healthy relationship between vendors and internal stakeholders is maintained.
12-Ensure project governance methodology is properly applied across the project as defined by the PMO.
Conduct Post implementation reviews for selected projects based on SOPs analyze the findings and provide recommendations to the program manager.

1-Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Day-to-Day Operations
2-Follow the day-to-day operations related to own projects in the Transformation & Delivery Department to ensure continuity of work.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
PMP certificate
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, commerce, or a related field.
Master's degree is an asset
Minimum 7 Years Of Project Management Experience.
Banking experience is an asset.
