Job Description
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our site,
Ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Follow-up on site work progress with the project team on a weekly basis, ensuring that workflow is operating as per approved schedule plan in full compliance with safety and quality control plans.
Sending weekly reports on the progress of work on ongoing projects to senior management.
Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Develop original project schedules, control the project during implementation, and adapt baselines to anticipated risks.
Manage and monitor the baseline schedule taking into account engineering, procurement, finance and construction activities in order to maintain progress and completion of projects objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor of Engineering.
7-10 years of experience.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be an advantage.
Experience in Primavera.
Must own a car.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
lead a critical initiative comprised of several interconnected projects.
Have a proven track record of successfully managing concurrent projects.
Effectively prioritizing tasks, and ensuring all projects within the program meet deadlines and goals.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
