We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of flooring installations at various project sites.
Supervise and manage on-site installation of flooring projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Conduct site surveys and prepare reports on project progress, identifying any potential issues and proposing solutions.- Oversee the work of installation crews, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure that all materials and equipment are available on-site and in good condition before work begins.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations on all installation projects.
Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to ensure the highest standards are met.- Resolve any on-site issues that may arise, providing quick and effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
