As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading Third-Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire a Project Manager. This person will be the main point of contact for in-company projects and facilitate implementation process of project management guidelines in accordance to MedNet's local and regional level business requirements.
Your Role:
- Responsible for updating projects inventory list of all initiated projects on a timely manner.
- Liaison between MedNet Regional office and other entities and prepare necessary documents/ schedules on project life cycle.
- Attend client meetings and assist relevant business heads in determining project requirements (cost, time, resource allocation) and associated risks accurately.
- Conduct market research, project feasibility studies and develop workflows to ensure smooth functioning of project operations
- Responsible for daily management of project team members and work streams to achieve expected quality standards.
- Advice senior management on projects priorities, expected outcomes and limitations related to project launch and execution.
- Effective and accurate communication on project information to the client (external parties) and project team.
- Conduct periodic assessment of projects risks and support in developing mitigation plans.
