Responsibilities

Follow up the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned projects in Saudi Arabia, from planning and implementation to monitoring and control
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing their expectations and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including local and international resources, to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of project deliverables
Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity
Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports to leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommended actions
Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, and industry standards in Saudi Arabia
Collaborate with the business development team to support the capture of new project opportunities in the KSA market
Share best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements to enhance the overall project delivery capabilities of the organization

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in project management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment, business practices, and cultural difference in KSA
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in Arabic and English (both verbal and written)
Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia and the region, as required
