Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Quality Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of commissioning processes from planning to execution through to handover on a large scale project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance protocols and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all systems and components meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the commissioning activities for systems and components, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans for commissioning projects.
Establish quality control measures to monitor and improve the commissioning process.
Ensure all commissioning activities adhere to industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and communication.
Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting any quality issues or risks.
Identify and resolve any quality issues or discrepancies during the commissioning process.
Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, including plans, checklists, reports, and logs.
Document test results, deficiencies, and corrective actions in a clear and concise manner.
Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting quality metrics and improvements.
Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
BSc in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering - preferred
Minimum of 20 years of job-related experience
Incorporated Engineer, desirable but not essential
MCIOB Chartered Construction Manager
CBECxP - Certified Building Enclosure Commissioning Provider
PMP Project Management Professional
LEED AP (BD+C), desirable but not essential
