Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively target potential customers and partners to generate opportunities for Physical Security Solutions (CCTV, Access Control, VMS, Storage, Analytics etc), driving sales and meeting revenue objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer needs and offering solutions that meet those needs
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on sales activities and progress
- Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base
- Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics
- Utilize sales tools to ensure standardized process throughout all stages of a sale
- Conduct month-end and quarter-end close processes
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years successful UAE experience in Physical Security product & solution sales
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship building, customer orientation and networking skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and present comprehensive reports
- Strong networking abilities
- Strong understanding of competitors landscape
- Ability to identify the problems and find solutions
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or similar
