We are looking for a resourceful, strategic thinker, detail oriented candidate with 15+ years of experience in the Oil, Gas and Energy sector having ability to anticipate needs, think critically, manage projects, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling complex Administrative and Business Operations with integrity.
Duties And Responsibilities
- statement, objectives, deliverables, and timelines to ensure a clear understanding of required accomplishments.
- Document Management: Maintain project documentation, project charter, issue log, change log, meeting minutes, contracts, and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available for reference.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate and forecast with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure the availability of resources such as team members, equipment, materials and budget to execute project.
- Budget and Cost Control: Assist in tracking project expenses, monitoring budget compliance, and identifying cost control measures, forecasting, Variance Analysis, Cost-Benefit Analysis and cost baseline establishment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and support the development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, milestones, work in progress, deadlines, defining the key performance indicators (KPIs) and report updates to the project manager and stakeholders.
- Schedule Management: Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, activity sequencing, Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Baseline, Schedule Variance Analysis and Gantt Chart Management to track tasks and time.
- Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of quality control and planning measures, auditing, inspection, Root Cause Analysis, validation and verification to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
