Job Description

FINEST HIS, a leading provider of professional kitchen and laundry equipment, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to oversee and manage complex central kitchen projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Oversee all project phases, including planning, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates.

Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project objectives.

Technical Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, including design, installation, and maintenance.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Financial Management:

Monitor project costs and ensure financial viability.

Prepare accurate and timely project reports.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the commercial kitchen and laundry equipment industry.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in project management software and tools
