We're on the lookout for a friendly and enthusiastic Home Appliances Promoter to join us. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, chatting with customers, and showcasing our awesome home appliances.
Job purpose
Responsible for inventory management, sales, merchandising and product demonstration in the outlet in order to facilitate divisional objectives.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and explain products in order to persuade customers to purchase products.
- Keep working area and products clean and arrange products in proper manner
- Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them additional information
- Ensure optimum stock availability in the outlet and on the shelves to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Sell products and keep record of sales and report it to respective Managers on daily basis
- Suggest specific product purchases in order to meet customer's needs
- Provide feedback related to customers requirements and competitor activities to Trade marketing team in order to facilitate decision making
- Practice demonstrations to ensure that they will run smoothly while interacting with customers
Qualification
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Secondary graduate or Equivalent Experience
- Minimum Experience: Fresher's or 1 year experience in customer relationship environment
To be Considered for this role:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Home / Domestic Appliances, or Electronics
- Performance Management, Team Work, Good Communication Skills, Persuasion, Social Perceptiveness
- Active Learning, Critical thinking skills
