As we prepare for our official launch, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Property Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our portfolio of managed properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new properties for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing agreements with property owners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align acquisition strategies with marketing efforts.
- Track and report on sales performance and property acquisition metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or property acquisition, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Fluency in English is required.
- French proficiency is a great plus.
- Other languages (e.g., Arabic) are considered a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
