Element Real Estate is expanding and looking for a motivated Property Advisor to join our team in New Cairo.

As a successful Property Advisor, you will help clients make well-informed property decisions, excel in negotiations, and build a loyal client base by offering personalized solutions. Your focus on understanding client needs will not only support their dreams but also drive the growth of Element Real Estate!

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through property buying and renting processes, ensuring clear communication at each stage
• Understand and analyze market trends to provide the best advice on property options
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of property listings, aligning with clients needs and budgets
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals
• Actively participate in company training and development opportunities to stay ahead in the real estate market

Qualifications

• Experience: 0-1 year in sales or customer service (real estate experience is a plus)
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle negotiations
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Other: Good English skills, plus owning a car is a bonus!
