AFM is hiring Property Consultant specially Off plan and giving Basic plus Commission.
As we are going to be a developer company as well on 3rd August we have our launch where we are inviting all the investors, VIP's & some celebrities as well.Our agents will be handling both brokerage side as well as developer side.

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial objectives. Gather information about their requirements for buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to assess current trends, property values, rental rates, and potential investment opportunities. Stay updated on market conditions, regulations, and industry developments.
- Property Valuation: Evaluate properties to determine their market value using various appraisal methods and comparative market analysis. Advise clients on pricing strategies for selling or leasing properties based on market conditions and property attributes.
- Listing Properties: Assist property owners in listing their properties for sale or rent. Create marketing materials, such as listings, brochures, and advertisements, to showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants.
- Client Representation: Represent clients in negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants to achieve favourable terms and conditions. Provide guidance on offer submissions, counteroffers, and contract terms to protect clients interests.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process from initial consultation to closing or lease signing. Coordinate inspections, appraisals, financing arrangements, and legal documentation with relevant parties, including real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and title companies.
- Investment Advisory: Advise clients on real estate investment strategies, including property selection, financing options, risk assessment, and portfolio diversification. Provide insights into market trends, rental income potential, and long-term appreciation prospects.
- Property Management Support: Offer guidance on property management practices, such as tenant screening, lease agreements, maintenance, and rent collection. Recommend property management companies or services to help clients efficiently manage their real estate assets.
- Client Education: Educate clients about real estate regulations, zoning laws, tax implications, and investment strategies to help them make informed decisions. Provide resources and tools for clients to enhance their understanding of the real estate market.
- Networking and Marketing: Build and maintain professional relationships with industry contacts, including real estate agents, brokers, developers, investors, and financial institutions. Attend networking events, conferences, and seminars to expand the client base and promote services.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in real estate transactions, including fair housing laws, disclosure requirements, and industry regulations. Uphold professional integrity and confidentiality in all dealings with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
1: Minimum experience 1 years in Real estate Sales specially Off plan
2: Driving License is must.
