We are looking for a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieved targets, by effectively managing client relationships by providing expert guidance to our clients.
Developing and maintaining a strong network of clients through proactive outreach, networking events, and referrals.
Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Advising clients on property investments, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics to ensure favorable outcomes.
Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing and beyond.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales real estate in DUBAI
, with a proven target meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build report with clients from diverse backgrounds.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Requiring UAE Driving Licensed. MANDATORY
Providing very high qualified fresh leads. (google adds, soc.med. platforms, open house etc.)
