Prospecting and cultivating client relationships in the market.
Documenting all customer contact activities into the CRM system and reporting to Executive Management on a weekly basis all activities, outcomes and having a strong ability to integrate data on the CRM to align Enterprise strategy, business strategy and real estate strategy and solutions.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
Preparation of Quarterly Summary Reports, and other tasks required to manage the overall relationship with the customer
Meeting with customers to maintain strong customer relationships
Learning and maintaining in depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
Gathering market and customer information;
Representing Tabarak projects at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers;
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
Advising on forthcoming project developments;
Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the customer service department, or entering figures into a computer system;
Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
Feeding future buying trends back to employers;
Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration/management
2-10 years of Real Estate, construction field, relationship management experience, commercial real estate experience
Develop and communicate messages to appropriate audiences, track and manage progress, and deliver consistent results
Strong presentation skills and an effective leadership presence
Ability to understand and solve diverse and complex issues
