Minimum of one year experience in the Qatar real estate market
Proven Performance track record.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Knowledge of property laws and regulations in Qatar
Familiarity with real estate market trends and property values
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Duties and Responsibilities of a Property Consultant:
Provide advice to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Qatar
Actively generate new property listings in assigned communities and areas.
Connecting with landlords & property owners assists clients in finding properties that meet their requirements and budget
Evaluate properties to determine their market value and potential rental income
Create and maintain a database of available properties for sale or rent
Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements to clients
Negotiate terms and conditions of sale or lease on behalf of clients
Liaise with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise
Stay up-to-date with changes in the real estate market and property laws and regulations
Use various marketing tools and techniques to promote properties and attract potential clients
Collaborate with other property consultants and real estate professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients
Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain a high level of professionalism at all time
Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all dealings with clients and other stakeholders
Keep accurate records of all transactions and maintain client confidentiality
Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics
Continuously develop knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Contribute to the growth and success of the company by generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
