Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should speak chiefly English, Arabic, and Hindi/Urdu, Russian and other International Languages and have a proven track record in the real estate market. As a Property Consultant, Candidates should play a crucial role in guiding clients through the buying, selling, and rental processes, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients.
• Conduct property viewings and evaluations.
• Negotiate deals and contracts to achieve the best terms for clients.
• Maintain and update property listings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the UAE real estate market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field..
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
