Property Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our team and help us sell Dubai Properties to a diverse range of clients from all around the world. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. The candidate must be fluent in at least two of the following languages : English, Arabic, Persian, French, German, or Chinese.

• Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice to clients on real estate investment opportunities in Dubai

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

Work closely with property portals like Property Finder and Bayut to identify new business opportunities

• Utilize CRM systems to manage and organize client interactions and information

Conduct property viewings, negotiations and transactions in a timely and efficient manner

• Stay up to date with market trends, regulations and best practices in the Dubai real estate market

• Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with property portals like Property Finder and Bayut

Ability to use CRM systems effectively

• Fluent in at least two of the following languages: English, Arabic, Persian, French, German, or Chinese
