- Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant specializing in the secondary market to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, particularly in the secondary (resale) segment. This role requires a proactive individual who can deliver excellent customer service, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets consistently.
Client Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients interested in buying or selling properties in the secondary market.
Provide professional advice and guidance on market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and financing options.
- Manage client relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Sales and Marketing:
- Identify potential buyers and sellers through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
List properties for sale and promote them through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions to ensure a smooth closing process.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on current market trends, competitors, and new developments.
Analyze property listings and historical data to provide accurate pricing recommendations to clients.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to property transactions, contracts, and agreements.- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and appraisals as required.
Compliance and Ethics:- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions.
Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.
Proven work experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the Dubai real estate market, with a focus on the secondary market (resale).- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
