Hikal Real Estate is seeking dynamic and self-motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team in Dubai. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients and are looking for individuals who are passionate about the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential properties for sale.

Maintain relationships with clients.

Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.

Provide expert advice on property investment opportunities.

Coordinate property viewings and negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements.

Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in the Dubai real estate market or a strong interest in pursuing a career in real estate.

Experience in sales in UAE.

Preference for candidates with experience in off-plan properties.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.

Valid UAE driving license and own transportation is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Language:

Fluent in English/Arabic/ Frensh, any other language is added Advantage (Preferred)
