Property Consultant

Location: Nasr City

Job description:

Contact Potential Clients to offer them property consultancy services.

Preparing and Presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal.

Keep updated with new challenges and campaigns in real estate fields

Assisting clients property needs

Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties.

Utilizing their knowledge of the real estate market to assist clients in making informed decision.

Working conditions:

8 working hours

5 working days + 1 from home

Business line is provided.

Basic Salary + Attractive commission

Transportation allowance for site visits

Social and medical insurance after 6 months

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree from any reputable university.

At least 6 months experience in Real Estate Field

REAL-ESTATE EXPERIENCE ONLY.

Good English.

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Good use of Microsoft Office and Google services.
