Property Consultant

Location: Nasr City

Job description:

* Contact Potential Clients to offer them property consultancy services.

* Preparing and Presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal.

* Keep updated with new challenges and campaigns in real estate fields

* Assisting clients property needs

* Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties.

* Utilizing their knowledge of the real estate market to assist clients in making informed decision.

Working conditions:

* 8 working hours

* 5 working days + 1 from home

* Business line is provided.

* Basic Salary + Attractive commission

* Transportation allowance for site visits

* Social and medical insurance after 6 months

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from any reputable university.

* At least 6 months experience in Real Estate Field

* REAL-ESTATE EXPERIENCE ONLY.

* Good English.

* Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Good use of Microsoft Office and Google services.
