This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant at KHL Real Estate Co in New Cairo, who will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determining clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate property's value
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role
- Market Knowledge in New Capital, New Cairo, October, North Coast projects
- Own a car is a must
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Presentable
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work with a team and report to senior management
- Flexible and adaptable to manage changing priorities and deadlines
- Very good command of English
