Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about the properties.
Support senior agents in negotiating deals and preparing necessary documentation.- Build and maintain relationships with clients and understand their real estate needs.
Stay informed about the local real estate market and property values.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.
Recent graduate or entry-level candidate with a strong interest in real estate.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with real estate software is a plus.
Valid drivers license.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Basic understanding of the real estate market is a plus.
