About the Role:


The real estate agent is the face of the company, interacting with clients, customers, and other agents. They are responsible for marketing and selling diverse products, including residential and commercial properties. The agents goal is to provide an excellent customer experience using CRM systems and tools.
  • Gather information from potential buyers/sellers and make recommendations based on the clients needs, budget, timeline, etc.
Provide professional advice to clients on the valuation of properties to help them make wise decisions about the purchase or sale of a property.
  • Assist clients with finding the right property for their needs by showing properties that match their requirements and budget.
Attend open houses to market properties to potential buyers.
  • Assist in preparing offers for clients looking to buy or sell their homes or businesses.
Participate in negotiations with sellers or buyers on behalf of clients looking to buy
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language is a plus
Should have basic and advanced computer knowledge
  • Must have a presentable personality

Qualification and experience:


Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales agent in the real estate business or 3 years experience in banking or insurance sales.
