New Plan Developments is a leading Shareholding company in the real estate industry. They have a long history of successful real estate and commercial activities. Their first real estate development project in Egypt is SERRANO, Atika, Eleven, located in New Cairo.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at New Plan Developments. The Property Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to consulting, communication, customer service, sales, and real estate. The role requires knowledge and expertise in assisting clients with purchasing or renting properties, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with property regulations and market trends in New Cairo
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
