Job Description:
Strong knowledge for OFF-PLAN & Secondary Properties (RENT/SALE).
Consult with clients on how to sell their home quickly and for a good value.
Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home.
Study your local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current home sales.
Advertise your realtor services to the local community through marketing materials and networking.
Candidate Requirements:
Must have atleast 2 Years Experience in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills
Goal-Oriented with a Track Record of Meeting or Exceeding Sales Targets
Bilingual is a Plus
Preferably with UAE Driving License
Must have knowledge of Dubai Market
Must have knowledge of RERA Rules and Regulations
