We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Off Plan Property Consultant to join our real estate team at Pangea Properties. As an Off Plan Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying properties and providing them with expert guidance throughout the entire property transaction process.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as clients primary point of contact, understanding their property requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct thorough market research to determine property values and provide accurate pricing guidance to clients.
- Develop effective marketing strategies to promote properties, including creating compelling property listings, organizing open houses, and utilizing online platforms.
- Arrange and coordinate property viewings for potential buyers or tenants, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
- Assist clients in negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions and representing their best interests.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as purchase agreements, lease contracts, and other relevant paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on current real estate trends, property laws, and regulations, providing clients with market insights and advice to make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support throughout the property transaction process.
- Collaborate with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and other professionals involved in property transactions to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Uphold ethical standards and always maintain client confidentiality.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Off Plan Property Consultant in Dubai.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Proficient in using real estate software and online platforms for property listings and marketing.
- Valid real estate license or certification required.
