As a Property Consultant, you will join our real estate team in Dubai, bringing your expertise in high-ticket real estate sales and excellent communication skills in both Persian, Chinese, Russian, or French. Fluency in English is an added advantage. We also prefer candidates with fluency in multiple langauges. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients and strategic partners, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
2. Sales Process Management:
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information about properties, including features, pricing, and financing options.
3. Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the real estate market in Dubai, including current trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
4. Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions using the company's CRM system.
6. Cultural Competency:
- Utilize your cultural knowledge and language skills to effectively communicate with Persian-speaking clients.
- Understand and respect cultural nuances to provide a personalized and respectful client experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mid and high-ticket real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and high-value property transactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
