Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at Property Hills located in Qesm Heliopolis. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting property inspections, marketing properties, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

• Consulting, Real Estate, and Sales skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of the local real estate market
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• must be Russian speaker
