Property Consultant

The company offers a wide range of real estate services, including property brokerage, development and consultancy services, real estate marketing, investment advisory, property appraisal, and property & facility management.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) located in Abu Dhabi. As a Property Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will include consulting with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, and utilizing your knowledge of the real estate market to assist clients in finding and purchasing properties.

• Excellent consulting and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Demonstrated sales experience and ability to close deals
• Knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience in property appraisals is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
