EgyCham has 3 Branches in 3 Capitals (Cairo, Dubai & Riyadh). We are looking for a Property Consultant for one of our clients specialized in Real Estate Development field located in New Cairo.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in New Cairo. The property consultant will be responsible for providing advice and assistance to clients in buying, selling and renting properties. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting property showings, negotiating contracts and providing expert advice on the real estate market. You will also build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field

- Previous work experience from 1 to 3 years in Real Estate Development field is a must

- Strong negotiation skills to help close deals

- Excellent time management, multitasking, communication and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- New Cairo or nearby residences
