Responsibilities:
- Approaching potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
- Understanding Client's need and preparing the needed presentations about all the relevant projects matching their Budget, Location and all their preferences.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Meet clients either in the office or outside (clients premises, developers premises, project site, etc...).
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:
- Graduates: Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Decent and presentable profiles.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills along with solid negotiation, sales and communication skills.
- Sales experience and basic knowledge about the property market is a great plus for the fresh candidates.
- Very Good Command of English.
- Ability to work independently.
- Preferably owns a car
