We are seeking highly experienced property consultants to join our expanding team in Dubai. As a leading firm in the real estate sector, we offer substantial growth opportunities for professionals with expertise in Off Plan, Secondary, and Leasing markets, particularly in prime areas such as Palm Jumeirah, Marina, JBR, JLT, Emirates Living, Downtown, and Jumeirah Park.

About the Role: Engage potential clients through various channels, such as referrals and networking, to build a robust client base. Offer expert guidance on property purchases, sales, and investment opportunities. Attend briefings from developers to remain informed about upcoming property launches and evolving market trends. Effectively showcase properties, negotiate deals, and manage transaction processes to ensure a smooth experience for clients. Foster and sustain strong client relationships by delivering personalized solutions and exceptional service. Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide accurate and timely advice. Uphold legal and ethical standards within the real estate industry to ensure professional conduct. Respond swiftly to client inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up to address their needs. Keep precise records in the CRM system to support effective client management and tracking. Ensure all transactions are compliant with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and legality. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
  • CRM familiarity.
