market. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Secondary Real Estate Property Consultant
to join our team.
- Market Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of the Dubai real estate market to provide accurate information and insights to OWNERS AND clients. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in the secondary market.
- Client Acquisition: Generate leads through various channels, social media, and referrals. Develop and maintain a strong client base through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Client Consultations: Conduct property viewings and offer expert advice to clients on property selection, pricing, and market conditions. Assist clients with the buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and assist clients with paperwork and agreements.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Present properties professionally and respond promptly to client inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, property owners, and other consultants. Stay informed about market developments.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate, with a focus on the secondary market. Proven track record of successful transactions and client satisfaction.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
- Lead Generation: Ability to effectively generate and manage leads through various channels. Experience in prospecting and building client relationships is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present information clearly and professionally to clients and stakeholders.
- Presentation: Well-presented and professional demeanor. Ability to represent the agency and properties effectively to clients and prospects.
- Documentation Skills: Proficiency in handling real estate documentation and ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Networking Skills: Strong networking abilities with a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships within the real estate industry.
